After ambulating & walking until I fell down for years (because of my ex crippling me)

I finally trusted someone to wheel me in a wheelchair,
For the first time

At the airport when I came home in February.
In New York when I landed

I’m proud of that

I trusted someone else to wheel me in a chair for the first time.

Yay me
I’m proud of me

And thank you to the person who helped me. I am very prideful  & independent. I don’t like to need help or ask for it.
Thank you  for being kind.

We even spoke of #911 and how the wrong people got blamed.

As far as the social security system.
Being #hopeful and keeping the #faith, turned out to be #pointless.

What good is a system for its people, if it is broken and those governing it, refuse to acknowledge it, have accountability and fix it?

Just as others will never forget 911
I will never forget what happened in my life and when I needed help and spoke up-trying to speak up for others and systems that I experienced first, put me in danger, failed me, belittled me, oppressed me and then I spoke about.
I’m almost 38. Worked for 22 years.
