Being educated about the ‘goings on’ of the World at times comes with age-most other moments it is pushed upon us, quicker than we have a chance to actually experience what is happening.

So many women have found themselves in traumatic situations they can not have ever imagined, and the society we live in somehow continues to hold the narrative that it’s us.

Our lack of modesty or the way we lived.

The trauma we’ve been through marking us, or the isolation.

Without an able body my vulnerability increases in a society that doesn’t think I need the help I’ve been asking for.

I’m a prideful woman who spent her life not speaking up loudly and finally when I was in danger-I kept

Speaking up.

Was I understood?

Was I heard?

How isolated are the members of your community?

How much have you seen that local waitress, bartender or shop keeper?

As a woman who took her joy being active-swimming, running mountains, dancing, singing and working regularly as a waitress or bartender-

when I’m unable to live that way, I’m unable to work, or even walk how I used to-if I’m speaking up-it’s because I need help.

How much do you know about what women experience?

How much do you care about those of us that are isolated?

Do you know enough to at the very least observe!?

Or listen to?

Read someone’s posts?

I am almost 4 years into a spinal cord injury that is ambulatory.

Caused by my ex

Fiancé who broke my spine.

Marijuana keeping me ambulatory

He got away with everything.

I was put in a ton of danger and people just didn’t want to hear it.

Please for the safety of many-

Pay close attention-
